Terms of return and exchange:

  • Return within 3 days. 

  • Exchange within 7 days. 

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Exchange and return policy takes place in the event that the products are not received (within the authorized period), with the exception of a manufacturing defect after receiving the product. 

  • In the event that the customer wishes to exchange or return (according to the company’s policy) after shipment and delivery or during delivery, the freight charge is deducted from the value of the payment returned to the customer. Also, the company has the right to deduct 10% of the invoice value as a result of the loss caused to the company because of installing and dismantling the furniture at the customer’s site.

  • In the event that the customer delays receiving the products for a period not exceeding 45 days due to him/her, the company has the right to impose a storage fee of 5% for each month of delay, and the company disclaims responsibility for any damages to the product.

  • The customer must receive the product within 20 days from the date of issuing the invoice, and if he/she does not receive it during this period, the company has the right to cancel the invoice and issue a credit note with the amount of the down payment. The products sold by us are insured by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects and does not include misuse. 

  • If the return policy was through the website via one of the secure payment methods (Visa, MasterCard), the customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the purchase date. Return policy and transfer of funds will be within two weeks from the date of the product return. 

  • Any procedure carried out under the exchange and return policy requires the customer to deliver the original invoice to carry out the procedures and the money is transferred to the buyer’s name registered in the invoice.
