What is the purchase method?

What are the payment methods?

The customer has several options, where the payment process is made via bank transfer, where the customer transfers the purchase amount to the account of the company with which he purchases, or with a mada card, or with one of the credit cards (Visa – MasterCard – Apple Pay – STC Pay).

How long until delivery?

The delivery date is determined by the customer service department based on the schedule available for installations. The customer service team contacts the customer on the day following purchase to inform him of the available and appropriate appointments for him according to the customer’s region, or the customer can call him on the unified number to take the appointment himself.

How much is the shipping amount?

We provide our customers with free delivery service within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for invoices worth more than 1,000 riyals

For invoices less than this, a delivery fee of 150 riyals (shipping fees) must be paid.

What countries are shipped to?

Woody Company delivers the sold goods designated for external shipping in original packing to any shipping company chosen by the customer, as the customer carries out the external shipping procedures himself, and Woody Company does not ship to its customers outside the Kingdom.

What are the shipping companies?

Considering that the customer is the one who carries out the procedures for shipping his goods (outside the Kingdom) himself and on his own responsibility, he can choose the company that he deems appropriate for him, and Woody Company delivers his goods to any shipping company that the customer chooses himself.

How is my order received?

After completing the purchase process, the customer will be contacted the next day by the customer service department to schedule the delivery date according to the schedule available for installations.
