The delivery appointment is scheduled by the customer service team based on the available installation schedule. Our customer service team will contact the customer on the day following the purchase to inform them of the available delivery dates, according to the customer’s area. Alternatively, the customer may contact us directly via the unified customer service number to schedule the delivery at their convenience.
We offer free delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for orders with a total value exceeding SAR 1,000.
For orders with a value below this amount, a delivery fee of SAR 150 (shipping charges) will apply.
WOODY delivers products designated for international shipping in their original packaging to any shipping company selected by the customer.
The customer is responsible for arranging international shipping independently. WOODY does not offer international shipping services outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As the customer is responsible for arranging international shipping outside the Kingdom at their own expense and responsibility, they may choose any shipping company they deem suitable. WOODY will deliver the goods to the shipping company selected by the customer.
After completing the purchase, our customer service team will contact the customer on the following day to schedule the delivery appointment based on the available installation schedule.
